Shamballa Healing Center is excited to welcome Christine into the Circle of our healing family! Her experience, joy, and passion for creating connection is infectious. We look forward to becoming more present, deepening self-connection, and embodying our innate aliveness.
During this introductory talk, Christine Donohue, MFT, SEP introduces four aspects of
human embodiment: physical, energetic, intention-based, and essence. Christine
guides you to slow down from the busyness and stress of day-to-day life to become
more present, deepen self-connection, and embody your innate aliveness.
Through a combination of didactic, experiential, and group discussion, Christine
facilitates you to explore the felt sense of your physical body, aura, hara, and essence.
By the end of this discussion you will:
Learn exciting details of the seven main chakras and explore how to clear and
balance your aura.
Gain insight about embodied intention, called the hara line, and connect with
ways to strengthen and align your intention.
Experience the felt-sense of your unique brilliant light, no matter the adversity or
trauma you’ve endured.
