Events & Classes

Amanda’s sound healing meditation is an immersive experience featuring a variety of instruments, including crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, and chimes. These healing vibrations and frequencies shift the brain into a deeply relaxed and receptive state, promoting a sense of inner peace, connection, and well-being. As a Reiki Master, Amanda also channels distance Reiki to the group throughout the session, helping to restore energetic balance and flow.

We provide mats and pillows, but please bring with you anything that will help you feel comfortable sitting or lying down (e.g., yoga mat, blanket, pillows, etc.).
